The availability and use of new telephone service, high speed Internet service, and the use of data services made available by the Telecommunications Companies have enabled businesses to be established and grow, health care facilities to share resources, schools to implement distance learning classes and share teachers, and governmental offices to obtain and utilize the newest information and improve efficiencies.
